Zachary Mulkern
Prior to co-founding Falcon, Zach began his professional career in New York City at AllianceBernstein as a Financial Analyst before joining Ladder Capital as an Associate Director. He worked closely with institutional commercial real estate investors nationwide focusing on equity & debt origination and portfolio management for all asset classes.
Zachs extensive market knowledge and well-honed analytical skills allow him to effectively oversee all aspects of Falcon. He specializes in development strategy, underwriting and equity & debt financing. Working closely with our clients he advises on creative approaches to produce strong returns and protect against inherit market risks. Zach graduated Cum Laude with a degree in economics and finance from University of New Hampshire.

Joshua Matt
Prior to co-founding Falcon, Josh worked for a Boston based development company before joining Turner Construction as a Superintendent. He has worked intimately with residential and commercial developers on a large caliber of projects all over Massachusetts. His experience ranges from residential rehabilitation, mid-level ground up developments, to the overseeing of institutional high-rise buildings totaling over $1.4B.
In addition to being Falcon’s head broker, Josh’s decade of experience in both construction and real estate sales allow him to effectively oversee all aspects of development projects and transactions. He takes a hands on approach throughout the life of each project from sourcing opportunities/entitlement to project closet-out ensuring the highest standards of quality are executed. Josh graduated with a Construction Management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

AJ Bergin
With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Alfred “AJ” Bergin has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As the Vice President of Construction for Falcon General Contracting, AJ leads a team dedicated to excellence in residential and commercial construction, offering expertise in ground-up development, renovations, and project management.
Before Falcon, AJ held executive leadership roles overseeing large-scale construction operations, luxury single-family developments, property management, and leasing for hundreds of residential and commercial units. His extensive career includes managing ground-up projects valued at over $350 million, directing national retail and hospitality developments, and successfully navigating complex construction challenges. A hands-on leader with deep technical knowledge, AJ’s background as a skilled carpenter and cabinetmaker enhances his ability to execute innovative designs and custom solutions. Licensed in multiple states and OSHA-certified, he prioritizes safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.
With a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology and experience spanning 15 states, AJ brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Falcon General Contracting, ensuring superior results for every client.

Joseph Hamilton
Joseph Hamilton began his career as an intern at Falcon, where he spent three years honing his skills in project management and gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. He currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager, where his background in business economics enables him to contribute to efficient project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Joseph holds a degree in Business Economics from Providence College, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in economic analysis and financial management. His blend of academic expertise and hands-on construction experience allows him to manage projects with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, timelines, and quality.
Joseph’s analytical approach, combined with his dedication to high standards, ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence.

Steve Megnia
Prior to joining Falcon General Contracting in October 2025, Steve Megnia spent six years as a Developer at Vanguard Renewables, where he worked on large-scale, industrial renewable natural gas projects. In this role, Steve was deeply involved in project development, financial analysis, and execution, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring complex infrastructure projects from concept through completion. His experience managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholders across geographically diverse projects brings a strong analytical and operational foundation to Falcon.
As a Project Manager at Falcon, Steve plays a key role in supporting all phases of construction projects, with a focus on project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination between internal teams, consultants, and clients. His background in development and finance allows him to approach projects with a detail-oriented, cost-conscious mindset while helping ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with client objectives. Steve holds a degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Boston University.

Alexandria Tegan
With a background in construction project management and real estate investment, Alexandria Tegan brings a strategic, hands-on approach to residential and development-focused projects. Before joining Falcon, she worked closely with developers, investors, architects, and contractors to oversee projects from acquisition through execution, ensuring alignment across scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Her experience spans high-end residential and commercial construction, where she has played an integral role in project planning, cost control, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Florida, Alexandria leverages her real estate expertise to advise on acquisitions, market analysis, and development feasibility, effectively bridging real estate strategy with construction execution.
Alexandria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her combined expertise in construction operations and real estate enables her to deliver thoughtful, well-executed outcomes for clients.

Ray O'Brien
Prior to joining Falcon General Contracting, Ray O’Brien built a strong foundation in both field operations and leadership through hands-on construction experience and high-level athletic competition. He has worked in landscape construction and small business operations, supporting residential projects while gaining exposure to jobsite coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
Ray’s leadership background includes serving as a collegiate lacrosse team captain, where he was responsible for setting standards, and maintaining accountability in high-pressure. These experiences shaped his disciplined, team-first approach and translate directly to construction settings that demand communication, reliability, and execution.
Ray holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He supports Falcon’s project teams through coordination, documentation, and internal operations, bringing a collaborative mindset and a commitment to consistency, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all phases of a project.

Amanda Millman
Prior to joining Falcon, Amanda began her professional career in public accounting before joining a real estate investment firm as a private equity associate where she worked closely with investors on portfolio management and financial reporting. As such she is well versed in understanding and communicating market and comparative analytics.
Amanda has combined her accounting background with her real estate knowledge to assist all clients on their ideal results. Her wide array of expertise allows her to effectively guide the company forward by translating strategy into actionable goals for each service line. Amanda graduated with University of Connecticut with a bachelor and master’s degree in accounting.

Gonzalo Sanchez
For the past 4 years, Gonzalo serves as General Carpenter Foreman, directing all Falcon's in-house field carpentry operations across all Falcon projects. Known for his attention to detail and strong site leadership, he manages crews, sequencing, and quality control to ensure seamless execution from framing through finish.
Fabio Coelho
Fabio serves as General Carpenter Foreman, leading Falcon's in-house field carpentry & labor crews twith precision and accountability. He oversees crews, sequencing, and quality control to ensure every project is executed to plan and built to Falcon’s high standards.
